The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, on Monday, July 24, 1995*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, is planning to hold
a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The
proposed project is commonly known as Woodland Park PUD - Final,
#44-94C.
The applicant is requesting 97 single family lots and 10 townhomes
on 35.05 acres located east of County Road #9, south of Horsetooth
Road, zoned RLP, Low Density Planned Residential.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of
record within 500 feet of the area based on current County
Assessor's records. If you should have questions or require
