Staff has reviewed your submittal for CHRIST FELLOWSHIP CHURCH PDP - TYPE II
(LUC), and we offer the following comments:
ISSUES:

Landscape plan submitted for comments due August 6, 2003 showed the streetlight locations
as required (previous review ID #19). However, the street trees shown have not adjusted to
provide the required 40 ft. clearance from streetlight to shade type street trees or 15 ft.
clearance to ornamental trees.

Coordinate landscape and civil plan to reflect the same information. Include the standard
general notes on the landscape plans pertaining to landscape utility separation distances.
Show all existing and proposed water/sewer lines on the landscape plans. Maintain the
required landscape/utility separation distance between the proposed fire hydrant and the
proposed water/sewer services.
