I am a neighbor on Nite Court to the east of the proposed church development project at
Ziegler Road and Charlie Lane. I am unable to attend the meeting tonight due to a prior
commitment but would like to make my position known.
With regard to the setback, 15 feet is not in keeping with the look of the neighborhood
and I would prefer a larger setback. I support the increased setback.
I do not support commercial use of the property that will dramatically increase traffic at
the intersection of Ziegler Rd. and Charlie Lane. A small daycare with staggered hours
may be acceptable but I would like the details on such a proposal before agreeing to that
commercial venture. A school as proposed in Phase II is not acceptable and does not fit
in this quiet, spacious residential neighborhood.
