This letter will serve as the City's Park Planning and Development's intent to pay for the
construction cost of the south half of Westfield Drive that abuts the park property. The City is
in the process of selling some land to the "Pool of Dreams" development and they will be
paying for their portion of the road cost that abuts their property.
I appreciate your understanding that funding will be available for this repay January 1, 2002.
Please continue to send me cost information and then actual support billing data for the repay.
