The P.U.D. shall include a note which states that the display of any vehicle upon a raised platform, rack, or any device that elevates the vehicle above the established grade is prohibited. 7. No display vehicle may be parked within eight feet of the front property line. Box 1323 Loveland, CO 80539 RE: Platinum Auto Brokers Final P.U.D. Dear Gary: On September 26, 1994, at the regular meeting of the City of Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board, the Board voted 7 - 0 to approve the Reconsideration of Platinum Auto Brokers Final P.U.D. subject to the following conditions: 1. It is stipulated that the following language be made a part of the Final P.U.D. document: The approval of this P.U.D. Plan is based, in part, upon the applicant's promise to comply with the North College Avenue Corridor Plan "Design Standards/Requirements" if enacted by the City, provided, however, that the applicant shall be allowed a period of twelve (12) months after such enactment to bring the P.U.D. into such compliance. If compliance is not achieved, in the judgement of the City Zoning Administrator, within said twelve month period, then this P.U.D. will expire and terminate, notwithstanding any "vested right" that may otherwise have existed because of the approval of this plan. 2. The landscaped areas at each driveway entrance shall be 8' x 8' in size. 3. All landscaped areas, including the existing shrub bed in the area of the pole sign, shall be defined by landscaped timbers, railroad ties, or pressure treated lumber. In particular, the east edge of the existing shrub be shall be upgraded with such treatment. 4. All shrub beds shall be treated with sufficient plant material to cover the area`at the time of maturity. 5. All shrub beds shall be protected from. overhanging vehicles by parking lot wheel stops.
