Collins, CO 80522 Re: Waterfield Third Filing July 5, 2018 Dear Mr. Shepard, The Waterfield Third Filing Plat was recorded Aug. 7, 2014 and is due to expire. The property is now under contract and purchaser is in process of preparing a submittal to request a re -plat. However, this process will not be completed prior to the expiration of our plat extension granted last year. Therefore, we will need, and respectfully request a one (1) year extension to Aug. 7, 2019 for the Waterfield Third Filing Plat and all associated documents.
