Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, January 24, 1995 at 1:30
P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may come on for hearing
in the Planning Department Conference Room*, 281 North College
Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins Planning
Director will hold a public hearing for the purpose of considering
the approval of a Minor Subdivision Review proposal which, if
approved shall create a Vested Property Right in accordance with
Colorado Law.
GENERAL LOCATION:
J.L. West Minor Subdivision, #58-94, consisting of a request for a
one -lot subdivision located at the southeast corner of South Leamy
and Riverside Avenues, Fort Collins, Colorado.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Situate in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 18, Township 7 North, Range
68 West of the Sixth P.M., City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer,
State of Colorado.
