Here's the latest.
We would like to pursue buying the property. I have talked to the landowner, Marsha Flemming, and she
is open to talking about it. Ron Mills has come up with a preliminary property value, now we need to share
it with Marsha. Money has been appropriated in the 2001 budget for purchase. But, keep reading.
You probably think this means you are off the hook for further review of the PUD. WRONG! Ms.
Flemming has said she is going to take the project through final review and approval. This, of course,
guarantees she gets the highest value on the property, so I don't blame her for continuing. If you have any
other questions for me just let me know.
