Dear Mr. Gloss,
This is a request for a 30 day extension to the deadline of November 14, 2000 for Glenmoor
P.D.P. The following issues are explained as follows:
(I) We are continuing to make sure the 1-foot of freeboard is available at each of the
cross -sections.
(2) The Fish and Wildlife Service have been contacted regarding the two endangered
species, Ute Ladies' Orchid and the Preble's Meadow Jumping Mouse but we are
waiting for their disqualification letter.
(3) Terry McKee has been contacted regarding required permits. Mr. McKee will
comment back to me soon.
(4) We are working on the Wetland Mitigation Plan at this time.
(5) The water and waste water department has approved the location of the sewer line
under the wall. We have increased the diameter of the carrying pipe.
We have nearly all of the comments on the red -lined plans resolved. We will have the issues
resolved by December 14,2000,
