you are correct. The study has various destinations that
different types of trips. Based on the Travel Time Study,
where the majority of traffic is headed and make decisions
roadway(s) need improvement.

Eric,
I need your input on this question.
When we met with Lucia and others on the Waterfield project there was much discussion
about traffic using Summitview to Timberline once this connection was built and it was
my understanding that Matt Delich was going to look at this and determine what would
actually happen. Is this correct? Is a study needed to support this theory?
Matt has a call into me and I need to get back to him ASAP.
