This has been done on the Site Plan at 100' scale. m. The C-Store has been relocated at staffs request and a car wash component has been added to the west of the gas pumps. n. This will be done on the Subdivision Plat. o. Conifer Street has not been addressed on these plans because it is an unknown at this time. The applicant is willing to participate in further study of this area in regards to transportation issues. It is definitely NOT desirable to line up Conifer Street with our northernmost east -west collector. Preliminary meetings with the City's Transportation Planners have indicated that Conifer could possibly tee into, county Road 11 and offset to some point north of the Waterfield site. Also, refer to Matt Delich's letter. P. Issues with the Vine Drive-Summitview intersection are currently being addressed by Northern Engineering and the City's Engineering Department. The implications this intersection will have on the Plummer School are also being investigated. q. This has been changed on the Landscape Plan. r. This has been changed on the Landscape Plan. S. We are investigating the use of brick on the Senior Cottages. The roofing materials will be high -profile asphalt shingles. t. The roof materials will also have high profile shingles.
