Dear Steve,
Please find enclosed 3 sets of Revised Landscape Drawings for the referenced project. We
currently have a signed Development Agreement and a Building Permit is pending at the
end of January. Civil drawings have already been revised to indicate the continuous earth
berm required from the final P.U.D. hearing and have been approved. These final landscape
drawings reflect the berm buffer addition in lieu of a tree/planting buffer as was agreed
upon.
We still have not revised our site lighting plan to accommodate the lower height light
standards that we agreed upon. I will be in contact with you to discuss what will be
required of this office on this matter.
