On Monday, October 9, 1995 at 2:30 p.m., in the Planning Department Conference Room*, 281
North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins Planning Director will hold
an administrative hearing to consider a C-L Site Plan known as AA Car Wash and R & F Auto Sales
and Repair, #28-95.
The applicant is requesting a conversion of a carwash bay to an auto repair bay for the purpose of
making automobile repairs, located at 835 Riverside Avenue.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official
records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been
missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have
the opportunity to attend.
