This letter is being submitted as formal written notice, that Dalco Land LLC, owner,
hereby grants US Home Corporation, developer, a Temporary Grading Easement for the
above -mentioned project and per the attached exhibit "A".
This Temporary Grading Easement shall be in effect until all development work has
been completed and the necessary Governmental and Municipal agencies have given
Final Acceptance to all public improvements as they relate to the development of
Registry Ridge 4ei Filing.
