In review of the Eastridge Annexation proposed City Structure Plan Options, I have the
following comments:
Proposed Structure Plan changes:
• Advance Planning staff will not support any Structure Plan amendments relating to
the Eastridge Annexation property until the East Mulberry Corridor Plan process is
complete. In the meantime, we will acknowledge the letter of transmittal
recommendation for options to consider for changes to the East Mulberry Corridor
Plan (Framework Plan) alternatives.
2. Timing of Annexation
• As mentioned at the meeting held on October 1, 2001 with you and Bob Barkeen,
annexation can proceed at this time and staff will support either LMN or Transition
Zoning. Based on the recommendations of the East Mulberry Corridor Plan, the final
zoning will be determined at Plan adoption.
