On Tuesday, May 6, 1997 at 2:00 p.m. in the Current Planning Department Conference
room", 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins
Current Planning Director will hold an administrative public hearing to consider a
project in your neighborhood referred to as 1 st Stop Plaza Minor Subdivision & H-C,
Highway Commercial Site Plan Review, #53-95.
The applicant is requesting to subdivide two lots on 3.55 acres. This is also a request
for an H-C Site Plan Review for a 34,500 square feet of leasable floor space in three
separate detached buildings on the two lots. The proposed uses are business,
commercial, office, and retail.
The affected property owners list for this public information meeting is derived from
official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between
home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected
property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this
pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
