Subject: Lapse of Almost Home Daycare & Preschool Major Amendment
application.
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Elder:
Based on a lack of written response to development review comments issued on
April 22, 1999, The City of Fort Collins Current Planning Department has
determined that the major amendment application has lapsed and become null
and void. Under Section 2.2.11 of the Land Use Code, the applicant is required
to respond within ninety (90) days of receipt of written comments from the City.
Staff had the authority to grant up to one thirty (30) day extension, however the
deadline for that request has also passed.
This information was confirmed with Kay in a telephone conversation on August
16, 2000.
