Re: University Mall Redevelopment Light & Power Issues
Dear Mr. Martine:
Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to meet with you last week. As we
discussed, I will be revising my overall Site/Utility Plan to show the relocated storage
buildings as well as a utility easement a minimum of five feet (5') from centerline of
the buried power lines located along our westerly property line. Additionally, I will
provide for all-weather vehicular access "behind" the storage buildings, and easements
("access") for the buried power lines serving the new transformer locations (to be
determined). '
The aforementioned plan revisions will be incorporated into our final submittal which
your department should receive by the end of May- In the interim, should you have
any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to call.
