Dear Ms. Goode:
Thank you for taking the time to meet with me and accepting my submittal for the University Center
redevelopment project. Per our discussion, I have included for distribution copies of the following:
1. A copy of the Recorded Access Agreement;
2. A copy of the Cross Access Agreements "Ingress and Egress" across the neighboring
parcels; and
3. The second page of the Application fully executed by me. Yesterday I filled out only
the front portion and neglected to sign the back.
