Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, March 25,
1996*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a
public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly
known as University Centre P.U.D. (University Mall) - Preliminary.
The applicant is requesting redevelopment of 225,900 s.f. of existing and proposed commercial floor
area for a community/regional shopping center, located on the west side of College Avenue between
Prospect and Drake Roads (2211 South College Avenue), zoned HB, Highway Business.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter,
as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this
proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within at least 500 feet of the
area based on current County Assessor's records. If you should have questions or require further
