RE: Replat of The Greens at Collindale
Dear: Mr. Watson:
This is in response to your letter dated June 21, 2000, requesting an extension to
the required 90 day turn around time for addressing staffs comments for the
project. In your letter you state that the unresolved issues with the various City
departments are being resolved and you expect to have the next plan submittal
within the 30 day extension.
After staffs review and consideration of the constraints as stated, it has been
determined that a time extension is warranted. Therefore, it is staffs opinion that
a 30-day extension will provide adequate time for your design team to resolve the
outstanding issues and provide to the City a revised and complete set of project
drawings and documents. .
Based upon this extension a revised time line for your next submittal shall be July
28, 2000. Therefore, if complete revised plans are not submitted by the end of
the day on Friday July 28, 2000, this project will automatically lapse and become
null and void.
