Dear Basil,
Mr. Bill Watson of Land Source, LLC has submitted the above named project for your
review. The original plan has been revised to show single family rather than multi -family
development on the site. All of the streets and storm drainage structures are built and a
storm certification for the site was submitted to your office on November 10, 1999.
Our review of this project and the proposed changes revealed conditions on the site will
not change from what was described in the approved Final Drainage Report.
