Section 2.2.11 of the Land Use Code requires that an applicant submit revisions based on this letter within 90 days or the project application becomes null and void. Your response to the City's concerns is due by May 30, 2001. A 30-day extension to this deadline is available. All requests for on extension should be directed to the Current Planning Director. If remaining issues are those that do not require plan revisions, a status report verifying continuing efforts toward resolving the issues is required within the same timeline. 13. The adjacent property should be referenced by plat name and recording information (book and page). 14. Streets previously dedicated by the original plat should be labeled accordingly with reference to recording information (book and page). 15. Please show original lot lines and lot numbers as dashed or faded lines so that someone reading the plat can understand how the plat was initially designed. 16. Pins are required per State Law at all property corners. 17. The street names for Harvest Park were recorded incompletely and will need to be corrected prior to recording this 2"d filing plat. 18. Please see redlines for corrections to "Statement of Ownership", "Planning Certificate", and "Attorney's Certificate". Please provide a written response to each of the above comments with the submittal of plan revisions. Please return all drawings and reports redlined by City staff with submission of your revisions that are clearly dated and labeled as revised p►ans.
