Dear Resident:
On Friday, October 13, 2000, at 3:00 p.m., in the conference room of the City of Fort
Collins Current Planning Department, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, CO.,
80524, the Planning Director will conduct an administrative public hearing for a
development proposal at 1300 Red Cedar Circle. The project is known as Schrader
Propane Bulk Storage Facility.
The request is to place one 18,000 gallon propane bulk storage tank at 1300 Red
Cedar Circle. The purpose would be to store liquified petroleum (propane) in bulk for
the distribution into in distribution trucks for delivery to customers. The property would
be totally enclosed with a fence, including a locked sliding gate at the entrance.
The site is located at 1300 Red Cedar Circle across from The Toy Shed and behind the
A & W Restaurant.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of
the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have
been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all
neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
