First Sub Division has all of the duplex building envelopes located on the
plat. The Owner currently, gets a tax form from the County for each of
I n t e r i a r ,' the building envelopes. The Owner requested the Building Envelops be
removed from the plat so that one tax document is generated at the
County level for this tract of land.
