Re: Proposed Personal Communications Services (PCS) Facility Located at 3141 South College
Mr. Shepard,
The purpose of this letter is to notify you of Western Wireless' (Western) intention to withdrawal the
application for the 40' monopole at 3141 South College. It has always been Western PCS's intent to
construct facilities on existing structures, whenever possible. In this instance, the existing
communications tower at the Poudre Fire Authority Station #5 (4615 Hogan Drive) will provide the
coverage for the same area which 3141 South College was intended.
It has been a pleasure working with you and the City on this project.
