Dear Joel:
The following comments are in regard to the telecommunications equipment proposed for the Calvin Johnson
property at 1613 Timberline Road.
1. The fence at the base surrounding the BTS equipment cabinets must be constructed of wood, not to
exceed six feet in height. There can be no barb wire attached to the fence.
2.. The color of the new sectorized panel antennas must be painted to match the color of the existing
structure to which they are attached. Please specify this color on sheet A-2 (sheet four of five).
3. On the cover sheet T-I (sheet'one of five), please add a sub title to the plans called "Wireless
Telecommunications Equipment - Administrative Review."
4. On the cover sheet, please add "Zone District: I-L, Limited Industrial." .
5. On the cover sheet, please add the ownership signature block with a standard notarial block.
6.: On the cover sheet, please add the city approval block.
7. Please label all sheets one of five, two of five, etc.
8. Our records indicate that the telecommunications equipment was given the address of 1609
Timberline Road, not 1613 Timberline Road as shown.
This concludes our comments at this time. Please send two prints of sheets one and four with the revisions.
We have scheduled the Administrative Hearing for Thursday, December 5, 1996 at 1:30 p.m., provided that
we receive mailing labels no later than Wednesday, November 27, 1996. As always, please call if there are
any questions or concerns regarding this project.
