Dear Resident:
On Wednesday, October 16, 1996 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Good Samaritan Retirement
Village, 508 West Trilby Road*, the City of Fort Collins Current Planning Department will conduct
a neighborhood information meeting to discuss a development proposal in your neighborhood.
The project is referred to as the Good Samaritan Annexation and Expansion.
The applicant proposes to annex and master plan approximately 14.5 acres. The proposed master
plan would include approximately 12 to 15 duplexes (24-30 units), a multi -story apartment building,
an assisted living wing, physical therapy wing, new office, garages, and maintenance building. The
site is located at the northwest corner of Trilby Road and Constellation Drive.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official
records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed.
Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the
opportunity to attend. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome.
