Eight (8), 8.5' x 11" color renderings of the typical residential buildings and the
clubhouse.
One (1) 8.5" x 11" PMT of the building elevations.
10 full size copies of the site plan.
10 full size copies of the landscape plan.
One (1) 8.5" x 11" PMT of the site plan.
• One (1) 8.5" X 11 ' PMT of the landscape plan..
10 full size copies of the plat.
One (1) 8.5" x 11" PMT of the plat.
10 full size copies of the engineering plans (grading, utilities and drainage).
