Mr. Sampsa asked if there would be any interference with the TV or any other forms of communications. Mr. Przybylo replied that their antenna's are set at a high frequency where there would be no interference. Mr. Sampsa replied that was acceptable. Director Blanchard stated he would have his written decision within 10 days of this hearing. The hearing adjourned at 1:50 p.m. ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING MINUTES TUESDAY, MAY 27, 1997 The hearing was called to order at 1:36 p.m. in the 281 Conference Room by Director of Current Planning Bob Blanchard. Staff Present: Bob Blanchard, Director of Current Planning and Ted Shepard, Senior Planner. Others Present: Bob Przybylo, SBA Wireless Solutions, representing the applicant US West Communications, 4900 Boardwalk, Fort Collins, and Lou Sampsa, 2406 Kenosha Court, Citizen. Director Blanchard reviewed the agenda stating this hearing was being held to review five wireless telecommunication applications: 1. #11-97 1300 West Swallow Road - Wireless Telecommunication Equipment. 2. #11-97A 124 W. Magnolia Street - Wireless Telecommunication Equipment. 3. #11-97B 3400 Timberline Road - Wireless Telecommunication Equipment. 4. #11-97C 3500 JFK Parkway - Wireless Telecommunication Equipment. 5. #11-97D 425 W. Prospect Road - Wireless Telecommunication Equipment. Director Blanchard reported that under the Land Use Code he has 10 days to issue a written decision to approve or deny the applications. He stated that a written decision would be available no later than June 6. He stated that there was a 14 day appeal period after the written decision is made. Ted Shepard gave a brief staff report for each of the items, stating that these applications comply with Article 3.8.13 of the Land Use Code, therefore recommending approval. The applicant abstained from any presentation stating he would be available to address any issues brought up. Mr. Lou Sampsa, 2406 Kenosha Court stated he had a couple of questions regarding the application at 3400 Timberline Road at the Fort Collins High School Site. Mr. Sampsa stated that he was interested in the height of the antenna above the preforming arts building. He stated that if they are facade mounted he would not have a problem with it.
