Re: Offsite grading and Drainage Easement for Lofts at Campus West ; Ft. Collins,
Colorad
Dear Mr. Donaldson,
It is our understanding that a certain amount of grading will be required on our property in
conjunction with the development of the Lofts at Campus West project. It is our understanding
that the grading is required in order to convey stormwater runoff though our property to West
Elizabeth Street from The Lofts at Campus West and upstream areas.
As owner of the Town Square Shopping Center, I have reviewed the plans and discussed the
necessity of off site grading with you.
Based on these discussions, I feel that we will have no problem allowing the grading to be
completed on our property. Final approval of the offshe grading will be subject to the review of
the final construction drawings for Lofts at Campus West by the Stormwater Utility,
Engineering.
I am also willing to provide drainage easements to the City of Fort Collins.
