Section 15, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth P.M., Fort Collins, Larimer County,
Colorado which considering the west boundary line of Town Square as bearing N 00' 03' 00" W
and with all bearing contained herein relative thereto is contained within the boundary lines which
begin at the Northwest comer of Town Square and run thence along the boundary lines of said
Town Square, S 89' 34' 00" E 282.74 feet and again East 117.00 feet, and again South 135.70
feet; thence N 89' 34' 00" W 399.63 feet to the point of beginning containing 1.2382 acres more
or less.
