The proposed development is commonly known as the Redtail Ponds Office Campus, Major Amendment, #26-01B. This is a request for a Major Amendment to the approved Redtail PDP. The request is to eliminate 92 approved dwelling units (88 multi -family, 4 two-family) in 12 buildings and replace them with 4 office buildings and associated parking (within the buildings and surface). The buildings will be 61' high and contain between 15,664 and 18,269 square feet each. This proposed development is located north of the City's Redtail Grove Natural Area, west of the intersection of South College Avenue and Cameron Drive, south of Fairway Lane, and east of the Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railroad tracks. The site is in the C - Commercial zone district. The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed.
