Timberline Site
The 2003 Elementary School has 2 adjacent roads. The road to the south (Timbers Trail
Road) has been designed by TST to a full width per the Timbers P.U.D. plans. The road to the
west is the existing Timberline Road (2 lanes) and is being designed to a full width by Dave
Evans Associates as a separate contract with the Poudre School District. These Timberline Road
plans to be submitted separately.
