**NOTE***
When Final Plat Mylars are being submitted a Certificate of
Taxes Due with a balance of zero must be submitted along
with the mylars. This can be obtained at Larimer County
Office of Treasury, 200 West Oak Street, Fort Collins, Co.

Project Development Plan
The following information is required to be submitted, unless waived, with all
applications. Any item waived must be dated and initialed by a planner with
the City of Fort Collins Current Planning Department.
Application form and filing fee (plus .50 cents for each APO label).
Three lists (3) of names and addresses of all owners of record of real property within at
least 500' of the property lines for the parcel of land for which the project is proposed,
exclusive of public right-of-way. (Two (2) lists typed on mailing labels (33 names per sheet)
and the other list on a reproducible copy of those labels.)
