The Grant Street Corners, Project Development Plan (PDP) went to an
Administrative Public Hearing on May 14, 2009 and was approved by the Hearing
Officer on May 28, 2009. The next step in the City's development review process is
Final Compliance Review. The Final Plan Routing Sheet, with submittal
requirements, is attached. Also, the review fee of $1,000.00 to Planning and
$1,000.00 for the Transportation Development Review Fee will apply. They can be
paid with 1 check.
For your information, you have up to 3 years from the date of PDP approval (being
May 28, 2009) to submit and pain approval of your Final Plans. You have the
right to one (1) 6-month extension of the PDP approval, authorized to be granted
by the Director of Planning, per Section 2.2.11(C) of the Land Use Code. If these
steps are not accomplished then the PDP becomes null and void.
