Donna and Rob,
Attached is the final draft of the Development Agreement. Please review
the language and if you approve please.print a copy, sign it, and return
it with a check for the recording fees. Once the signed document is
returned to the city we will route the document for the required
signatures before recording it. Once again the recording fees are $5 per
page plus a $1 surcharge. The attached document is 21 pages in length so
the recording fees would be $106.00. Don't hesitate to contact me if
you have any questions.
