Collins, Colorado, a Hearing Officer for the City
of Fort Collins will conduct an Administrative
Public Hearing to consider a development pro-
posal.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The project Is referred to as GRE Prospect
Subdivision, file If FDP140016. This Is a request
to change the use from a child care center lo-
cated at 2430 W. Prospect Road, back to the
original use ss a single family dwelling. The
project Includes a plat, but no physical change
to the property will take piece and the existing
house will remain on the property. The site Is
