Phase One consists of a 114,350 square foot assem- bly hall/gymnasium with of - Mac and nnlid rare. The ae- would contain 1,352 seats. Phase One also consists of 5,000 square foot, four -bay bus barn. Phase Two con- ssts of 86,400 square feet primarily for a sanctuar- y/auditorium which would contain 2,500 seats. Other phases of the project (asssted pving fadlity, private school and free-standing child care) would remain in preliminary status. The site is located on the east side of Timberline Road, north of the Pine Cone Apartments and approxi- mately one-half mile south of Drake Road.
