Dear Mr. Shepard:
Upon reviewing the drawings that we submitted for final PUD, I observed an error that
may cause some confusion. On the added phasing plan, sheet 2B, the area at the east
side of the church property that will be used as a Soccer/Football field is labeled as phase
Il. The grading at this area however is to be in phase I and hence it should be properly
labeled phase I. This is correctly shown on the Civil drawings, sheet 5.
I apologize for the confusion. I would appreciate your action of forwarding this note on to
the Zoning department, since they (Peter and Jenny) had a specific request to clarify the
project phasing.
