HomeMy WebLinkAboutTIMBERLINE CHURCH P.U.D. - FINAL - 1-97A - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-HEARING11 Comm. -city Planning and Environmenti,. jervices Current Planning City of Fort Collins Dear Resident: October 6, 1999 The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Thursday, October 21, 1999*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as the Timberline Church Final P.U.D., #1-97A. This is a request for Final PUD for a portion (Phase One and Phase Two) of a multi -use church campus; located on the east side of Timberline Road, north of Pine Cone Apartments and approximately one-half mile south of Drake Road. The property is zoned LMN, Low Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood. Phase One includes a 114,350 sq. ft. church with seating for 1,352 persons and a 5,000 sq. ft. four -bay Bus Barn. Phase Two includes an 86,400 sq. ft. auditorium for seating of 2,500 persons Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your interest and input in this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important part of the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. Please Note: Due to the number of projects being reviewed by the Board, there is no guarantee this item will be heard on the date advertised. For the benefit of those attending the meeting, the Board typically sets their schedule at the beginning of the meeting.
