Dear Basil and Matt,
I have reviewed the drainage plan and report for Martinez P.U.D. project. In particular, I have
reviewed how the runoff from the project will affect the park entry drive off of Sherwood Street.
This letter serves as the City of Fort Collins Parks and Recreation Department approval of the
runoff from the Martinez P.U.D. site into the access drive to Lee Martinez Park.
