Gary Huett of Public Service Company stated that their comments of December 2, 1996 are still applicable. These comments are as follows: a. Careful coordination between City Light & Power and PSC gas is required due to the tightness of the site along the south property line. b. The PSC main will be installed in the middle of the 9' wide utility easement on the east side of Mitchell Drive. No other utilities are to be installed in . this utility easement. 2. The City Mapping Department suggests that a utility easement is needed along the south side of the plat. Will any of the utilities being provided to service this development need an easement in this location? 3. Kerrie Ashbeck, formerly of the City Engineering Department, offered the following comments: a. Add "Minor Subdivision" to the utility plan title sheet and to the subdivision plat title. b. Show utility patches to the lip of gutter. c. Submit calculations for the retaining wall. 281 North College Avenue • P.O. Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 • (970) 221-6750
