Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Thursday,
September 21, 2000, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte
Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed
project is commonly known as the Harmony Technology Park - Amended Overall
Development Plan (Current Planning File #12-97C).
This is a request for an amended Overall Development Plan (ODP) for a mixed -use
development consisting of an office and industrial park, commercial uses, lodging, and higher
density residential uses located in the Harmony Corridor. The site is 267.18 acres in size and
located at the southeast corner of Harmony Road and Ziegler Road. The property is zoned
HC — Harmony Corridor. This Overall Development Plan is an expansion of an 155.59 acre
Harmony Technology Park Overall Development Plan reviewed and approved by the Planning
and Zoning Board on August 7, 1997.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your interest and
input in this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important part of the City's
review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, but would like to provide
input, written comments are welcome.
The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of
the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record
keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been
missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may
have the opportunity to attend.
Please Note: Due to the number of projects being reviewed by the Board, there is no
guarantee this item will be heard on the date advertised. For the benefit of those attending the
meeting, the Board typically sets their schedule at the beginning of the meeting.
Sincerely,
Ronald G. Fuchs
