On Thursday, September 18, 1997 at 3:30 p.m. in the Current Planning Department of
the City of Fort Collins, 281 North College Avenue, the Current Planning Director will
conduct a public Administrative Hearing on Wireless Telecommunications
Equipment - Hampton Inn, #20-97.
The proposal is to mount nine panel antennae to the Hampton Inn, each screened and
painted to match the existing roof. The property is located at 1620 Oakridge Drive and
is zoned HC - Harmony Corridor.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy
and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners
may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
