The space which is to be used in approximately 1500-1600 square feet (where the basketball court is located during the week). COMMENTS: 1. The Zoning Department offered the following comments: a) The added use needs to conform to the requirements of the new Land Use Code. According to the Land Use Code, you are required to have a 10' landscaped buffer along Mason. This would require a reconfiguration of the parking design. If you feel you cannot meet the requirements of the Code, a modification to the standard must be requested which is decided by the Planning and Zoning Board.
