Colorado 80525 PHONE (970) 224-5828 We have reviewed your e-mail at have the following comments: FAX (9701 224-1662 Zoning: 1. The transformer has been relocated towards the southwest corner of the site due to power coming in to the site from the alley and an easement through Ulrich's. Light and Power has approved this location. The trash enclosure size will remain the same to allow for an additional dumpster, if needed, and/or recycling facilities. 2. The note was already in the Land Use Statistics, but we re -worded it to match exactly as your comment. Current Planning: 3. Dimensions have been added to the sidewalks and other areas as requested. 4. No fences or walls surrounding the outdoor dining patios are planned at this time due to the fact that we are not sure if the restaurant will require a fence. At the time that the need is determined, we will submit a Minor Amendment. 5. O.K., we changed it. 6. O.K., the interior layout has been deleted. 7. This has been changed. 8. The height and location of the utility meters cannot be changed. The electric company determines how high the meters are placed (6' high is preferred.) The location cannot be moved because there is no other blank wall on the building. This is the logical location because it is at the back of the building and there is a low wall in front of it. Shrubs and multi -trunk ornamental trees will screen the meters. The architect is attempting to make the height and spacing of these meters consistent. The conduits could be painted in a color to match the building. Engineering: 9. An Encroachment Permit has been submitted. Any fees assessed are acknowledged. 10. Elevations of these elements were provided. Construction details will be provided at Final Compliance. 11. Curb and gutter removals will be coordinated at time of construction.
