Ginger,
The applicants are planning to submit the final compliance documentation for the Civic Center Parking
Structure next Tuesday, December 22nd. The submittal fee will be $1,714.00.
The required 6 copies of the building elevations will not be included with this submittal and I have
authorized this. The applicants have some work to do with Bob and I to address the condition put on the
approval by the Planning and Zoning Board.
As long as everything else on the final plan check list is provided, please consider it a complete submittal
and route the plans. It is especially critical that Mark McCallum gets his set of documents as soon as
possible.
I will be out of the office all next week, will be back in on Tuesday, December 29th.
