Please take notice that on January 22, 1999, the Current Planning Director of the
City of Fort Collins, Colorado approved the Final Development Plans known as the
CIVIC CENTER PARKING STRUCTURE, which development was submitted and
processed in accordance with Article 2 - Division 2.5 of the Land Use Code of the City
of Fort Collins. The Site Plans, Landscape Plans, and Building Elevations of the
subject property, out of which documents accrue certain rights and obligations of the
development and/or subsequent owners of the subject property, are on file in the office
of the clerk of the City of Fort Collins.
The subject property is more particularly described as follows:
A Replat of Lots 24 - 39, Block 21, of the Map of the Town of Fort Collins, Larimer
County, Colorado.
Located in the East Half of Section 11, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the
6th P.M., City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado.
