Steve - this is the message that I emailed Mike at northstar and also included in the package that you
sent out.

After meeting with Ralph Campano regarding the off -site drainage pipe I have a few more comments on
the plans. I also just got comments from technical services.
On the plat:
The 20 foot drainage easement by separate document needs to be called - 20 foot drainage alignment
by separate document. This is also what it should be called where ever it is noted on the plan.
Remove the temporary construction easement from the plat - it is not actually going to be an
easement so we do not want it shown on the plat.
On the plans -
Please change the labels on sheets 3, 5, 6, 7, and 8 to read proposed 20 foot drainage alignment and
proposed 20 foot temporary construction area
On sheets 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 change the labels for Tract A to read Future 80 foot row and temporary
construction area a part of existing Tract A.
Sorry that these are a little late, but we just met with Ralph again yesterday with the most current set of
plans and are trying to figure this out.
